Shipping  Facetouch.com.au delivers all our products via Australian Post. We always dispatch orders within 38 hours of receiving confirmation of payment.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address, business name and receiver’s name as we will not be responsible for orders lost in transit due to incorrect address details.

Your order will endeavour to deliver all orders within 3-7 business days from receipt of order. 

All orders are supplied from Sydney, Australia. Facetouch.com.au has no control over and makes no warranty in relation to the performance of Australia Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods.

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to more remote areas of Australia. For up to date tracking of your product visit http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html entering tracking reference provided once order is dispatched. Please note that in some cases we do not require a signature for delivery of orders.


Shipping for International Orders For overseas destinations, customers can expect 5 - 10 days delivery times as indicated by Australia Post.

 

Shipping Charges Facetouch.com.au offers free postage & handling (within Australia) for all orders over $100 Orders under $100 will incur a postage & handling fee of

                                                           $1 ~$99 ; $10.00

                                                           $100 ~ : Free for Regular Parcel Post.

If your order include Eyelash Extension Kits or Make up Box, we charge $15 of additional cost for the shipping fee.


Method of Payment We only accept PayPal. You can pay for the items throughout PayPal even if you do not have its account. Please make the payment for your orders within 2 days.

 

Order Confirmation After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number within a few hours.

You may review the History of your order by viewing Order History. As a registered customer, you will be able to review the Order History for all your online orders.

 

Order Information Check Order Status - It's easy to check the status of your order! First, log in with your email address and password and then go to [My Account] page.

Click [Order History] and this opens your order page with a complete summary of your most recent order. You can see what you bought, when you bought it and for whom you bought it in Order History.

 

Canceling an Order If your orders are not in Prepared for Shipment or Shipped status, you may be able to cancel an item or an entire order. Please send us an email from our Contact Us  page immediately to cancel your order.

Orders that are cancelled before being shipped will receive a full refund minus a credit card transaction/restocking fee.

 

Return & Exchange Policy Facetouch.com.au products are inspected for quality before being shipped.

Due to our high safety standards and sanitation regulations as well as hygienic and quality control reasons, we cannot offer Returns and exchanges. All sales are final and binding.

When you receive the package, please make sure to check within 48 hours of receipt. If it has missing, incorrect items or defective products, please contact us immediately by email with your order number.

We cannot accept any returns or exchange if the product packaging has been opened, unsealed or tempered with. Only products are not used or unsealed and returned in the same condition, in which you received them, will be eligible for return or exchange. Please note that all products should be returned in their original packaging.

If the products are defective, we reserve the right to either replace the product or provide full or partial refund. 

Request for return or exchange will not be accepted after 48 hours of receipt. Return shipping costs will apply at your expense and products must be received by facetouch.com.au within 7 business days.

 When posting back your goods, please send the products with insured post, as we will not be responsible items lost in transit or breakages.

Once your item has been inspected, you will receive an email regarding your exchange or return.

All products are not available on a "try and return" basis. Please ask all questions before making your purchase.
